In short: Apple and Google take all payments for Tinyscape, so they also decide and process refunds. We cannot refund you directly, because we never see your payment details. We are happy to help, so write to us if something is wrong.
1. Purchases on the Apple App Store
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Select "I'd like to", then select "Request a refund".
- Choose the reason, then select Tinyscape or the in-app item.
- Submit the request. Apple usually replies within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Purchases on Google Play
- Within 48 hours of purchase, open play.google.com › Order history.
- Find Tinyscape or the in-app item, then select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem".
- Follow the steps on the screen.
After 48 hours, write to us with your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA."). If your case qualifies, we can ask Google to refund it. More information: Google Play refund policies.
3. When we help
Write to support@hupegames.com if:
- the game does not start or does not work on your device
- you paid for content that you did not receive
- you were charged twice or by mistake
Include your device model, OS version and, if possible, your order number. We usually reply within 2 business days. We first try to fix the problem. If we cannot fix it, we support your refund request with Apple or Google.
4. Consumer rights
Tinyscape is digital content that you can use right after download. Under EU law and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Art. 15(1)(ğ)), the right of withdrawal can end when the download starts, if you gave consent. The refund rules of Apple and Google are usually more generous than this, and they always apply. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights for faulty digital content.

3. Ne zaman yardım ederiz
Şu durumlarda support@hupegames.com adresine yaz:
- oyun cihazında açılmıyor veya çalışmıyorsa
- ödediğin bir içeriği alamadıysan
- iki kez ya da yanlışlıkla ücretlendirildiysen
Cihaz modelini, işletim sistemi sürümünü ve mümkünse sipariş numaranı ekle. Genellikle 2 iş günü içinde yanıt veririz. Önce sorunu çözmeye çalışırız. Çözemezsek Apple veya Google'daki iade talebini destekleriz.
4. Tüketici hakları
Tinyscape, indirildikten hemen sonra kullanılabilen dijital içeriktir. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği md. 15/1-ğ ve AB mevzuatı uyarınca, onayınla indirme başladığında cayma hakkı sona erebilir. Apple ve Google'ın iade kuralları genellikle bundan daha cömerttir ve her durumda geçerlidir. Bu politika, ayıplı dijital içerik için sahip olduğun emredici hakları sınırlamaz.
