1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Tinyscape game for iOS, iPadOS and Android (the "App") and to this website. Both are operated by Hupe Games, an independent game developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, write to support@hupegames.com.

2. Data in the Tinyscape app

We built Tinyscape so that it does not need your personal data.

• No collection. The App does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising ID or usage data.
• No network. The App does not connect to our servers or to any third-party server.
• No third-party SDKs. The App contains no advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting or social SDKs.
• No permissions. The App does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, location or contacts.
• Local saves. Your worlds and settings are stored only on your device, in the App's private storage. We cannot see or access them.

Because of this, the App's privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected", and the Google Play Data safety section states that no data is collected or shared.

3. App stores and your device

You download Tinyscape from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process data such as your account, purchases, downloads and payment details under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details.

The stores may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics, such as download counts or crash rates from users who agreed to share them with developers. These statistics do not identify you.

Your device may back up app data to iCloud or Google Drive if you turned on backups. Apple or Google manages these backups, not us.

4. When you contact us

If you send us an email, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use this information only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for marketing. Our email provider stores these messages for us as a processor.

5. This website

• No cookies, no analytics. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server.
• Language preference. If you change the language, your browser stores this choice locally ("localStorage"). It never leaves your device.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the requested page, browser type and referrer. These logs keep the website secure and working. They are kept for a short time, normally no longer than 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate an attack.
• External links. Links to the App Store, Google Play and other sites follow those sites' own privacy policies.

6. Children

Tinyscape is suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no personal data, it collects no data from children under 13 (or under the minimum age in your country). This is in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR and similar laws. If a child sends us an email, we use it only to reply. A parent can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can have rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), KVKK (Türkiye) and similar laws. These include the right to:

• know what personal data we have about you, and get a copy
• correct or delete that data
• object to or restrict its use
• file a complaint with your data protection authority

In practice, the only personal data we can have about you is an email you sent us. To use any right, write to support@hupegames.com. We reply within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal data as defined by the CCPA. Data you send us can be processed outside your country, for example on email servers in the EU or the USA. In that case we rely on the safeguards that our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

8. KVKK notice (Türkiye)

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Hupe Games is the data controller. The full Turkish notice ("Aydınlatma Metni") is in the Turkish version of this page. Use the TR button at the top to read it.

9. Changes and contact

If we change how Tinyscape handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect. If a future version of the App starts to collect any data, we will say so here and in the store privacy labels first.

1. Biz kimiz

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, iOS, iPadOS ve Android için Tinyscape oyununu ("Uygulama") ve bu web sitesini kapsar. İkisi de Türkiye merkezli bağımsız oyun geliştiricisi Hupe Games ("biz") tarafından işletilir. Gizlilikle ilgili her soru için support@hupegames.com adresine yazabilirsin.

2. Tinyscape uygulamasındaki veriler

Tinyscape'i kişisel verine ihtiyaç duymayacak şekilde tasarladık.

• Veri toplanmaz. Uygulama adını, e-postanı, konumunu, rehberini, fotoğraflarını, cihaz kimliklerini, reklam kimliğini veya kullanım verilerini toplamaz.
• Ağ bağlantısı yok. Uygulama sunucularımıza veya herhangi bir üçüncü taraf sunucuya bağlanmaz.
• Üçüncü taraf SDK yok. Uygulamada reklam, analitik, ilişkilendirme, çökme raporlama veya sosyal medya SDK'sı bulunmaz.
• İzin istenmez. Uygulama kamera, mikrofon, fotoğraf, konum veya rehber erişimi istemez.
• Yerel kayıt. Dünyaların ve ayarların yalnızca cihazında, Uygulamanın özel alanında saklanır. Biz bunları göremeyiz ve erişemeyiz.

Bu nedenle Uygulamanın App Store gizlilik etiketi "Veri Toplanmıyor"dur ve Google Play Veri güvenliği bölümünde hiçbir verinin toplanmadığı veya paylaşılmadığı belirtilir.

3. Uygulama mağazaları ve cihazın

Tinyscape'i Apple App Store veya Google Play'den indirirsin. Hesap, satın alma, indirme ve ödeme bilgilerini Apple ve Google kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler. Ödeme bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz.

Mağazalar bize, indirme sayısı veya geliştiricilerle paylaşmayı kabul eden kullanıcılardan gelen çökme oranı gibi anonim ve toplu istatistikler verebilir. Bu istatistikler seni tanımlamaz.

Yedeklemeyi açtıysan cihazın uygulama verilerini iCloud veya Google Drive'a yedekleyebilir. Bu yedekleri biz değil, Apple veya Google yönetir.

4. Bize yazdığında

Bize e-posta gönderirsen e-posta adresin, mesajın ve eklerin bize ulaşır. Bu bilgileri yalnızca sana cevap vermek ve bildirdiğin sorunu çözmek için kullanırız.

Bu verileri satmayız ve pazarlama için kullanmayız. E-posta sağlayıcımız bu mesajları bizim adımıza veri işleyen olarak saklar.

5. Bu web sitesi

• Çerez ve analitik yok. Bu site çerez, analitik veya üçüncü taraf takip aracı kullanmaz. Yazı tipleri ve görseller kendi sunucumuzda barındırılır.
• Dil tercihi. Dili değiştirirsen tarayıcın bu seçimi yerel olarak ("localStorage") saklar. Bu bilgi cihazından çıkmaz.
• Sunucu kayıtları. Barındırma sağlayıcımız her istek için IP adresi, tarih ve saat, istenen sayfa, tarayıcı türü ve yönlendiren adres gibi teknik verileri otomatik kaydeder. Bu kayıtlar sitenin güvenli ve çalışır kalması içindir. Bir saldırının incelenmesi gerekmedikçe kısa süre, normalde en fazla 30 gün saklanır.
• Dış bağlantılar. App Store, Google Play ve diğer sitelere verilen bağlantılar o sitelerin gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

6. Çocuklar

Tinyscape her yaşa uygundur. Uygulama hiçbir kişisel veri toplamadığı için 13 yaş (veya ülkendeki asgari yaş) altındaki çocuklardan da veri toplamaz. Bu, ABD Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA), GDPR ve benzeri mevzuatla uyumludur. Bir çocuk bize e-posta gönderirse onu yalnızca cevap vermek için kullanırız. Ebeveyn istediği zaman silinmesini talep edebilir.

7. Hakların

Yaşadığın yere göre KVKK, GDPR (AB/AEA), UK GDPR, Kaliforniya Tüketici Gizliliği Yasası (CCPA/CPRA) ve benzeri yasalardan doğan hakların olabilir. Bunlar arasında şunlar vardır:

• hakkında hangi verilerin bulunduğunu öğrenmek ve bir kopyasını almak
• bu verilerin düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini istemek
• işlenmesine itiraz etmek veya kısıtlanmasını istemek
• veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunmak

Uygulamada hakkında tutabileceğimiz tek kişisel veri, bize gönderdiğin e-postadır. Haklarını kullanmak için support@hupegames.com adresine yaz. En geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

8. KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") madde 10 uyarınca bilgilendirme:

• Veri sorumlusu: Hupe Games. İletişim: support@hupegames.com
• İşlenen veriler: Uygulama kişisel veri işlemez. Yalnızca bize yazdığında e-posta adresin ve mesaj içeriğin; web sitesini ziyaret ettiğinde barındırma sağlayıcısının tuttuğu IP adresi ve teknik sunucu kayıtları işlenir.
• İşleme amaçları: Destek taleplerini yanıtlamak, hataları gidermek, web sitesinin güvenliğini sağlamak.
• Hukuki sebepler: KVKK md. 5/2-f (temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaat) ve md. 5/2-ç (hukuki yükümlülük; ör. 5651 sayılı Kanun kapsamındaki kayıtlar).
• Toplama yöntemi: E-posta yoluyla ve web sunucusu tarafından otomatik olarak, elektronik ortamda.
• Aktarım: Veriler; e-posta ve barındırma hizmeti sağlayıcılarımıza, yalnızca bu hizmetin verilmesi amacıyla aktarılır. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında olabilir. Bu durumda aktarım KVKK md. 9'daki şartlara uygun yapılır. Talep hâlinde yetkili kamu kurumlarına aktarılabilir.
• Hakların (KVKK md. 11): Verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme, düzeltme, silme veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik analiz sonucuna itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
• Başvuru: Taleplerini support@hupegames.com adresine iletebilirsin. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz sonuçlandırılır. Sonuçtan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Tinyscape'in verileri ele alış biçimini değiştirirsek, değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce bu sayfayı ve "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleriz. Uygulamanın gelecekteki bir sürümü herhangi bir veri toplamaya başlarsa, bunu önce burada ve mağaza gizlilik etiketlerinde belirtiriz.
